There are 3 steps to enrolling in our 4-H club:
1. Enroll online at http://ca.4honline.com (we’ve mapped out the steps below if you get stuck)
2. When you are on that site, it will prompt you to print out a medical release form. You’ll need to mail in a hard copy of that signed medical release with your check. Or, download the medical release here: 4h.ucanr.edu/files/263773.pdf
3. Pay your enrollment fees of $75* for youth members and $30 for adult volunteers.
(*Returning Families: $75 per youth if enrolled July-Sept, $85 per youth if enrolled Oct - Dec 15th, and
$100 per youth if enrolled Dec. 16th - end of year. New Families: $75 per youth.)
If you are done registering and need to pay the enrollment fee, please use the secure link below to send the one time enrollment fee. Enrollment status is approved for process on the county level once membership fees have been paid.
