Swine – Market
Learn how to plan for, purchase, and raise a market hog (for meat purposes). Swine project members will show at the San Diego County Fair, and can, if desired, also raise one for other fairs, such as Ramona Jr. Fair, or for family freezer. Piglets are purchased in late February/early March. Probably Sunday mornings, actual dates and times TBA.
