Adventures in Hiking
Open to ages 5 and up...dog friendly
Adventures in Hiking: This is an amazing project...depending on interest we will gage whether we slowly explore the local trails and learn about the flora and fauna at an easy pace or we push to interval HIT trail running with other large muscle movements. Either way over the year you are sure to increase speed, agility, endurance, improve cardiovascular health and enjoy some wonderful local nature bathing with friends and family. On the first meeting we will gage interest and ability level, talk about everything from shoes to music - parent attendance mandatory!

October 23 (this month is the 4th Sunday)- Wildflower Canyon - Rancho Encinitas
November 20-Annie's Canyon - Solana Beach or Lake Hodges Turkey Trot
December 18 - Way up Trail - Elfin Forest
January 22, 2023* - Manchester Canyon off Trabert Ranch Road
February 19 - Schoolhouse Way - San Elijo
March 19- Torrey Pines
April 16 - -Encinitas Ranch
May 21- TBD - Either Copper Canyon, Manchester for the second time, or the one we missed-
recreate our own Lake Hodges Turkey Trot
