MINI SILKY FAINTING GOATS
Ages 5-19 In this project, we will learn about Mini Silky Fainting Goats. We will cover all aspect of this unique breed. Youth do not need an animal to participat in this project. Meetings are usually one Sunday afternoon each month
DOG CARE & TRAINING
Learn about dog grooming, safety, health and showmanship skills. Kids do not need to own a dog to participate as the Project Leader brings her trained dogs to all meetings. Once members learn basic dog handling skills, they may have the option of bringing their own dog. Meetings usually held the 2nd Wednesday of the month, 3:30-5:30.
DOG SHOWMANSHIP *
Open to ages 9 & up. This project is only for youth that want to show their dog (any breed or mix) in 4-H Dog Shows in Obedience and Showmanship classes-very different than showing a purebred dog show. Learn the rules of 4-H dog shows, techniques, & practice training their dog to cues. Meetings: TBA
EQUINE * ages 9-19
We will learn all aspects of equine care with a focus on groundwork such as grooming, leading, and longeing. This is NOT a riding group. Kids do not need a horse to participate. We occasionally have field trips and an evening guest speaker. Meetings usually held 1-3pm the 3rd Saturday of the month. Dates may vary.

ARCHERY * 9 & up
Basic recurve archery - level one is taught. We recommend kids bring their own gear. Meetings usually held the second Saturday of the month, 9:30-10:30 a.m.
Open to all ages. 9&under-Parent participate. Youth will learn to work with leather. $3.00 per project unless you bring your own. Youth will have the opportunity to enter a 4-H competition. 1st Tues. of the month @ 4:30 - 5:30
